Someone could make a good repair, or even an upgrade, by cutting a piece of aluminum to match the shaft e and holes of the whole flange and sandwhich bond it to the top.
I found out Ford’s extended warranty is a bit of a joke with my F150. I had premium care with wear and tear items with supposedly over 1,000 parts covered but when I brought it in for a few things barely anything was covered. My nav/gps antenna was denied because it was already replaced once. They prominently advertise brakes are covered but only brake pads are and not the rotors, and of course they won’t replace pads without doing the rotors, so basically you’re paying dealer prices (overpaying) for a complete brake job and getting your pads for free. They did do an oil change for free though.
