Stopped by Kendall Ford in Marysville to check out the Cactus Grey Ranger again. This time with a friend. He agreed it looked better in person than in pictures. Green hue and whatnot.

Long story short, I talked to 2 salesman. Wasn't impressed with either one's attitude, remarks or demeanor. They said they don't know pricing because they aren't sure what the economy will look like when the Bronco gets here ā›³ā›³ā›³. They said they don't have pricing and I said you don't need that if you decide you want to price at invoice, MSRP or whatever else. I said other dealers have made that information known. "Really?!" "Yes and I know where your stands in terms of pricing. Thanks."

I would like to take this time to thank Ford, once again, for not offering Xplan and introducing dealer allocations. Thank you so much! :cautious:

On another note, I did get some information from Dwayne Lane's. I had forwared my questions to Mike since he is the Bronco specialist. They seem to have initial allocation of 15. In their system, he sees 9 res on 7/14 and 8 res on 7/15. I'm not sure what time zone they see (local vs GMT for example). In any case, I might make the cutoff for MY21 but Lux and 2DR might say otherwise. Answers to pricing seem to be absent. At this point, I'll wait for my call to order and work it then.

I pulled into Kendall Ford today to see if they had any cyber orange sports. I let the salesman know that I have a reservation and I just want to see CO in person before making my final decision. He tells me the Broncos are two years out lol.

How can these dealers be sooo lost? They all just seem "meh" about the Bronco. They clearly don't understand the potential market.

Maybe we just missed each other! I have a light blue M3. I asked if they had a Cyber Orange in stock because I want to see it for my Bronco. I guess I informed him they had one on the way. Fair enough. I donā€™t expect them to know every vehicle that has been ordered. Anyways, he said ā€Youā€™ll be waiting a long time for that. Haha!ā€ when I mentioned my Bronco reservation. Oh well.

I get the feeling that if I asked if the Ranger comes in orange, he would say no because there isnā€™t one on the lot. They are not interested in learning or selling a vehicle that is ā€œtwo years outā€ or ā€œa long timeā€ from today.

I did ask if they had a Bronco specialist. He was a deer in the headlights.

Iā€˜ll go there when the CO is on the lot and then wait for my dealer to call. I had a friend order from Tesla. He loved the buying experience. No games or bullshit. Perhaps someday.

After much poking and prodding at Sunset I did finally get an email back from Sunset Friday afternoon, still with some unknowns and sounding like they'll be @ msrp-at least. I ended up getting a text to set up a time to come in this week. I'm going in tomorrow at noon, hopefully placing an order! I really want to stick with Sunset as long as it makes sense. Location, Lifetime Warranty and oil changes for life are important factors. I've bought 3 Chevy's from them over the years, and they've been great. But that was back in the "low overhead" days, hopefully all goes well!

Wow just had the worst experience with Lake City Toyota. Was interested in the 4Runner TRD Pro and they would not budge on asking roughly 10k over MSRP through dealer installed packages. Insane. Definitely put me firmly back in the Bronco camp even if I have to wait a year. One thing I am going to make sure of with my dealer at order time is that they don't suddenly slap on some BS dealer packages even though they are officially charging MSRP. I'll pay MSRP+tax+doc fees. If they try and force me to pay other stuff then I will probably just stick with my Subaru Crosstrek. I can't wait to see the end of these scumbag dealerships that are still out there.

Try Rogers Toyota of Hermiston. Went through hell trying to find a dealer that wasn't trying to price gouge the new Rav4 Prime (for my wife). Paying MSRP, put $1k down to hold my spot, now we're both waiting for our new rides to get built.

The big car manufactures need to take a page from Tesla's book, a few clicks on the phone app and you're done. No games or BS to deal with.

Automation Bellevue has not proactively emailed me a whole lot, but when I asked the GM if they were honoring xplan on the bronco he replied pretty quickly and said they were honoring xplan so Iā€™m going to stay there. I donā€™t know what allocation number I have at the dealer but I reserved on the first night so Iā€™m probably pretty high up.

Josh (GM) has been super responsive and somewhat proactive in communication. I'm also a day 1 reservation. Great to hear they are honoring X-plan pricing.

I'm with Gus Johnson Ford in Spokane because I was willing to accept any dealer after fighting the Ford website for hours during the reveal. Anyone else in Spokane/eastern WA?

From Central WA Moved res to Damerow since no central WA dealers would even commit to MSRP. Will either take a one way flight from Spokane and Uber it to the dealer or take the mini van down and deal with trade-in at the time. Still have time to figure that part out.

Emailed sales rep at Bill Pierre Ford in Seattle where I have my reservation asking about mandatory dealer packages and was happy to hear that nothing is mandatory. I have no problem with them offering stuff as long as I can say no to it. So looks like I will go ahead and do my order with them and just wait as long as it takes for delivery.

Just curious, why did you move out of Spokane and state? Know something I don't? ?

That's a great reason lol. Any worries about later delivery with more reservations?

I have a questions for WA State folks.

Are there any Cyber Orange color Ford anywhere locally?
