It's the seal at the roof where the rubber meets the top windshield frame. I have battled it for the past year and finally fixed the issue by getting some caulk/silicone and running a bead along the entire seal where it touches the metal. Ever since I have done this, no more issues.

Do you have a picture of this? I can sort of visualize what you are talking about. Did you have to remove the seal then put silicone under it and reinstall? Or can you get by with moving the seal over, applying the silicone and moving it back?

I realize this is an old thread, but my bronco started giving me the same leak. About a year and a half of ownership, 15k miles. I dont get a lot of heavy rain where I live, but the last 2-3 self service car washes I've done it leaks. Have you had this issue fixed?
Just took ownership of a 2021 OBX Sas last month (Gold Certified), and low and behold, the roof leaks the first time we get precipitation (also issue with speaker rattle). Has anyone been able to get Ford to cover the roof issue under the Gold Certified warranty? Dealer is saying that Ford won't cover it and now I have to pay hundreds more after just purchasing it last month! Beyond infuriating!

I tried something 2 weeks ago, adjusting the tightness of the J hooks on the hard top panels. There’s a little Allen key bolt right above the J hook, loosen it up and you can then spin the J hook to tighten it or loosen it. I cranked it down one full turn, reinstalled and the J hook snaps much firmer into place. I did take it to the car wash and did not have the typical leaking issue. Going to give it another wash here soon and make sure it’s fully fixed but that seemed to fix my leak + whistling I had at cold days going 50+ mph.
Check out this thread to better visualize it, this is the post I found that I used. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/help-with-tightening-mic-hardtop-j-hook-clamp.81844/

Keep in mind, it’s a little wonky to adjust. Take the hard top panel off your car and set it down on a bench to work on. Lift the j hook up slightly to access the Allen key bolt, loosen/remove it. Tighten the j hook by turning it to the right. You may need to raise and lower the latch to make clearance spinning the j hook around. Play with it and have patience and you’ll get it readjusted.
Reply here if you have any questions, happy to clarify the process more / take pictures.

edit: saw you also mentioned speaker rattle. Does it sound like it’s coming from the rear cargo area? If so, you might have a loose bolt that’s holding the subwoofer enclosure. I had that issue last year. If that’s the issue, reply and let me know and I can describe how I accessed the bolt and fixed it. It was a 5 minute job, super easy, just need a 10mm wrench/socket.

Caught in heavy rain today with the MIC top. Water started dripping then running from passenger side airbag near windshield. Haven’t been able to troubleshoot yet.

Photo is after the water was mostly wiped off. But you’ll get the idea.

I hope it’s from the top and not the windshield.

I had a similar problem but mine would drip when I made a right hand turn. Dripped out of the plastic trim seam on the passenger's side behind the sun visor. Took the dealership two tries and two months to get the seal (national backorder) but so far so good. I love my 2023 BD Sasquatch but I don't think these vehicles were assembled very well AND I think they were designed to be assembled ONCE. to many dman plastic clip that break even if you're careful.
