So.... Just got my leak fixed. Turns out the culprit was the windshield. There was 2 spots at the apex where the urethane was not placed properly.

Took longer for the carpet to dry then it did to make the correction.

Did they replace your windshield?

Wondering if there is a way to check this before taking it in.

I'm having the same, exact issue. Leaking on my passenger side A-pillar, from the plastic airbag cover. Moderately heavy rain, and vehicle was being driven. not sure if I just never noticed it before, but it’s happened at least once more. I’m scheduled to go in next Monday at my dealership to see their “leak specialist” so will report back on what they say.

* Apologies for the shaky video and audio. I had my kid take the video as I was driving.

My Bronco was supposed to get the TSB referenced in this thread this week. Last week was told to schedule as all the parts are in. Today got a call that they don't have all the parts and won't till the end of Feb. Totally confused. There are not many parts. Assistant referenced a Ford Performance part...uh...there is nothing stated in the TSB about a FP part. I think they are confused as I do have the heavy duty recovery kit on order that isn't coming in till end of feb. But I knew that already. Will learn more tomorrow.

Edit: Added full documentation of the TSB for this issue. I am still waiting for parts to come in.

Getting this fixed on mine today. I've got a soft top, but saw leakage from the passenger A pillar. It has taken them 8+ hours to get it done, and this is after they had to special order some parts. Hoping it's resolved and that the airbag wasn't compromised in some way.

Caught in heavy rain today with the MIC top. Water started dripping then running from passenger side airbag near windshield. Haven’t been able to troubleshoot yet.

Photo is after the water was mostly wiped off. But you’ll get the idea.

I hope it’s from the top and not the windshield.

Don’t know if this is solved or not. Check the plastic caps above the windshield. I think there’s a seam that connects from under the caps (accessory ready caps) to the A pillar. Might be water running UNDER the front row roof.

For all sunrider owners experiencing the dreaded A-pillar leak, check the corners of your sunriders. Mine wasn't making full contact (unlike my MIC2.0) & got the leak after doing my first wash with the sunrider installed. Water was bypassing the secondary "post-foam dam" trough & going straight down the A-pillar.

Installed some weather stripping (Jeep style, lol) and this should help. Here are some pics.

Before: Gaps galore.

Just took delivery of my MY23 bronco. Less than 24 hours of having it (moderate rain) i put the car in drive and i had water running down my passenger side A pillar :( so I guess theyre still having this issue.
Now it’s just sitting at the shop. Not even 30 miles on it.
