Just a heads up, a TSB was released for this today. The repair is to seal the body seam with 3m strip caulk, and replace the header seal, just like what was outlined above.

TSB: 21-2403
I took mine in yesterday. They said the same thing. The parts are on order. Should have my Bronco back by the end of the week, hopefully.

Cross-posting here. MIC 2.0...

Resurrecting this thread because I found it in search and tagging @Ford Motor Company

Let's see what comes of it...

It's happened twice now where a passenger has gotten into my Bronco and they get drizzled on. It's coming from here:

Ford Bronco Water leaking from A-pillar airbag cover in heavy rain No MIC 20

Caught a drop of the exact leak point:

I too just discovered a leak coming form the same location (passenger side airbag in A-pillar). I see most of the posts about this problem are the hard-tops but mine is on the soft-top. Guess I will call dealer on Monday and see if they have a fix yet.

I am having the same issue... I think mine may be the windshield.

The leak came from windshield and passenger side "A" pillar.

Caught in heavy rain today with the MIC top. Water started dripping then running from passenger side airbag near windshield. Haven’t been able to troubleshoot yet.

Photo is after the water was mostly wiped off. But you’ll get the idea.

I hope it’s from the top and not the windshield.

I am having the same issue with my 2021 Outer Banks Bronco. I have an appointment Dec 20th to have the issue addressed.

As soon as I know the corrective action I will let y'all know.

Me too! Though it drizzled on the drivers side. Both the roll bar and airbag are "leaking". Ironically bringing it in today for something else...nic in hood from delivery. Will obviously bring it up.

Well...it is all I got right now. My Jeeps hard top leaked a ton when we first got it back in 09.

Edit: What is the fix then?
