Weekend trip to Brown County , Indiana .. Oct 2021

Took a weekend trip 4 hours south to the Hill's O' Brown county, Indiana. I love that place!!
Just me and the dog!
I saw my first and only other Bronco in the wild down there, just outside of Nashville, In .... I flashed my headlights as we passed, no response.
Here's a few pics.
The mural is in Northern Indiana, on my way down.
I wanted more pics of that, but the VERY INSTANT after taking this a mini-van pulled into the parking spot in front of it. LOL

I’ve been wondering if yours came in, congrats. Seems pretty nice down there might have to take a trip.

Side note .... the behind the wheel pics, about 5 minutes later I reached the dead end of that forest service road. It's a turn around/hunter sign-in board for that area.
I am pretty certain I surprised a pair young ladies who had been , shall we say .... exploring the bush, getting back to nature ... etc etc!!! LOL

We have a farm south of there in Lawrence Co. and the roads and hills are bad ass.
I see quite a few groups like Vettes, Mustangs and other sports cars touring the area.
I had a dealer mannequin first for three days and later for a week. I drove it over 1000 miles. Also drove it off road on our farm and to my surprise it handled any obstacle.
Maybe next Summer we can get a group together and do it.
We are in Indiana from the end of April till October.
We have a new build week of Nov. 8th so we may have a Bronco for next Summer.
We've had a Vin since April 15th.
WT, 2 door 2.7, tow, Sas. etc, etc.

I did the 135 to 58 to 446 to 46 back to Nashville loop.
135 and 58 are incredible!

You were just to the North of us. 58 runs East and West about 6 miles north. It borders the North and West side of the Crane Navy Base.
One of the roads is 450 which runs from Bedford to Shoals (about 25 miles) and it was just paved end to end. Also we can run off road at our farm with 272 acres to explore.
We are scheduled to have our Bronco built week of Nov 8th, but we are now in The Keys for the winter.
We have an Amish wedding to attend on December 4th and will be flying into Indy. If the Bronco gets delivered we'll pick it up. The Bronco is going to live in Indiana. We are also going to bring our 2020 GT 500 Shelby back to Indiana for the Summer so you can also try our factory with warranty race car. Ford screwed the Shelby launch the same as the Bronco. It took 14 months and 2 days from order to delivery.
Hope we can do a get together soon.

We were up there 2 weekends ago with the FE. Got some groceries in B town and did a trail in the park. Hope the trees start changing soon because it's a gorgeous drive in and around Nashville.

It seems that with all the rain we had this Summer the trees are dumping their leaves without much color change. If they get a frost it might help.
