Hey @DealerInsider Tom, I converted my 1-21-22 res. to a priority code 99 order with you, but am increasingly wanting to roll the dice by placing a buildable '21 order. Even though the chance is like, slim to none that I'll get a '21, I think I might want to get in on the action! I see from your awesome chart that reservations later than mine have converted to "build" orders.

I know we have until March 19th, but I won't wait until the very last minute. Is there a date by which it would be best to make the change? I'm still deliberating base vs. fully loaded outer banks... and which color.

FYI...had our yearly region meeting yesterday...national conversion per the pdf slide was 34%...some dealerships in our zone were less than 10%...Im at 96% as of today
3 times national and 9 times regional? All of your earlier time stamped folks should be well pleased.

Fair. But if competition within region means anything, think it was leaked that it is part of the math, then at least some of them should be happy. What am I saying!?! This is the internet, nobody is happy!

Has Ford said what kind of bump in allocation you could receive due to high conversion? Any speculation at all?

Yall need to stop switching to Tom, my MY22 is going to be pushed to 2023 at this point.
Yeah, I keep moving back, and back, and back....I

Wow, you would think most people that are going to convert nationally would have done it in the first month...but maybe some dealers are sitting on them and will convert in March. Maybe the conversion rate only ends up at 50% or so when the dust settles. Either way, it does make me more optimistic that I may get a MY21; especially if you all would stop with the first four day reservations and pile up some August reservations to help the allocation!

If we're lucky, Ford will keep the 34% conversion rate.

Assumed reservations ~ 190,000
34% conversion rate ~ 64,600
Last I seen people were agreeing Ford could build something like 70k - 80k MY 21 Broncos.

Looks like everyone gets a MY 21 ;)

Hey Tom, have any of the converted orders been transferred to you yet? Last we heard, it would take a couple weeks if you’d already converted and then decided to transfer. Thanks

Edit: Ok, so I just got off the phone with a Bronco Reservation specialist and they said if you want to switch after you’ve already converted to an order, that the dealer who converted has to go in and “revert” the order back to a reservation and not cancel anything. Then you can call the bronco reservation hotline and transfer. They said it shouldn’t be difficult to do but that you might get pushback from the original dealer. Any truth to this?

I'm sure the dealer holding the converted order will be extremely excited for that opportunity.

Congrats! Goes to show what great service and pricing can do for a dealership!
Better keep it a secret or other dealers may catch on.

What is the scale of 'regional' and 'our zone'..... a portion of Pa or a quadrant of the country?

I'm real curious what kind of allocation % you'll be getting......you nailed the first 50% with the near perfect conversion rate. Hoping it's possible for you to get upwards of 65% of your orders allocated. That would be epic.

no converted orders have been transferred to me...the new process is place a new reservation and they manually transfer the timestamp over
