I had reserved an OB but am increasingly becoming concerned I'll only be able to afford a base, yet I don't want to settle for something I know I don't want. So if I ain't got no money, I'm taking my broke ass home.

Maybe look at an OB bronco sport on the lots next year....

So obviously some people are unhappy with the choices Ford has made.. ranging from interior colors, manual trans availability to potential lacking sufficient rear a/c vents.

If you don’t go with a Bronco, what is your alternative vehicle choice?
If the liberal side has their way and anarchy ensues, or the the world comes to an end, or some major personal tragedy takes place in my life I would probably pass.

It all depends on what Ford decides to do with the MT.

Original plan was to get a 4D Badlands with the 2.7 and MT with Sasquatch.

Then I have to freaking settle with the 2.3 and the MT and the Sasquatch.

Then Ford decided to exclude the 2.3 with MT and Sasquatch!

So, now I have to wait and see what Ford will decide to do. I am hoping that they will want my $.

I am willing to wait, anyways, dealerships don’t carry a lot of inventory with MT, and people end up special ordering their vehicles, and I’m even if it’s limited to a specific trim, I am ok with that.

Ultimately, I am forced to wait a little longer, cross my fingers and hope that Ford will listen to all of us enthusiasts, because I don’t want to have a plan B!

I will keep my Rubicon Hard Rock and Raptor. There isn't anything I don't like about the Jeep. The Bronco is just a "want".

As I said in another thread, basically additional dealer markup is the only real deal-breaker, but assuming that killed the deal, we'd probably go with a Mustang convertible (from a different dealer--no sense in rewarding that dealer with a sale). I know, the two aren't really anything alike other than being open-air capable. We were looking for a Mustang convertible during the COVID fire sales but couldn't find one in the entire state, even within 700 miles that was optioned close enough to the way we wanted. Finally found one three states away and were going to pull the trigger but dealer wanted to tack-on a $1,000 scammy theft-package (basically ADM disguised as a $20 ignition disable device selling for $1,000). Dealer simultaneously claimed that since it was already on the vehicle, it couldn't be taken off and that they didn't have to cut ignition wires to install it, so it would be easy to remove if I wanted ??). Killed the deal. So, long story short, we would just wait for a good deal time and order a Mustang convertible exactly the way we want it.

Backup plan? I don't need no stinking backup plan. Sure the FE Interior in Tidy bowl blue is almost as Ugly a warthogs butt. Thankfully there are custom seats available from mastercraft and door panels and trim panels can be changed or painted.

Backups would be the Raptor or the Gladiator, only if there is something with the Bronco I don't like.

Drive my paid off truck if it doesn’t pan out. I’m not in the market for a new vehicle, I’m only in the market for a Bronco. 2015 Titan with 93k kms or so. Lots of life left in it.

The 2022 GR Corolla Hot Hatch thats been teased but doesn't technically exist. Or go back to another 5.0 Mustang.
