As I stated before...I am 75...when Bronco first came out...I didn't pay much attention....because I had a new 1965 Mustang straight 6....with 3 on the floor....I was in heaven....think it cost around $ 2100 new.....this new Bronco and forum has really given me much needed interest and excitement....it is good to listen and watch the different generations...remember....these are the good old days now...enjoy

55..I'm single with a 22 yr old son. Just me and the dogs so I'm going for a BD 2 Door 2.7 auto I think...maybe a BB with SAS if the other gets too expensive. This hopefully is my last new vehicle. It's more of a toy/back up than a DD.

I'm on the high end... 72. I purchased a NEW '66 Bronco, with a dealer installed snow plow (I think it was a Myer's plow). This might be the last Bronco that I ever purchase!

Interested in the story as to what happened to the 66??

I am still missing the 1972 Toyota FJ40 soft top I got when I graduated in 1975. Took that thing everywhere; mountains, streams, desert, snow. There wasn't anywhere it wouldn't run. Bought a Bronco II in 1984 and was really disappointed. I had been looking at mid 70s FJs until the new Bronco showed up. Now here I am, back to a Ford.

All kids are grown and out of the house.
5 grandkids that won't go in the Bronco. Don't want the mess.
This will replace my Challenger Hellcat as my daily driver.

I qualify for social security in 3 weeks. Kids are out of the house and I need a toy to tow behind the sprinter RV. The toad must be able to go places the RV can't and weigh less than 5000 pounds.
A 2 door Bronco fits the bill perfectly. It helps that I am a lifetime Ford fan, from my first car a 66 Mustang, purchased from the original owner and still in my garage. through many F250's and now a Bronco.

Ha. Not much story. It was a work truck for me. I used it to plow parking lots, for about 4 years, in Michigan. It was red, with a white top. A lot of fun memories plowing snow from parking lots, usually with a friend and a case of beer!!! Those were the good ole days!
