What are the Louvers in the tailgate for?
Sponsored
I’m talking about the ones on the exterior. You can see them if you take the spare off and look in the middle of the spare tire mount. What are the Louvers in the tailgate for?
Can anyone answer why the wires for the taillight and rear camera could not have come through the very middle of the tire mount and thus be "invisible" and one less place for moisture to get in?It's for better cornering. Ford initially planned to have a big wing on the back, but they ran into tipover problems, so they decided to make a smaller hidden wing as part of the tailgate. They broke the wing up into smaller "multiple wings" that "multiply" the downward force exponentially...
Hey, could be a thing....
There’s plenty of moisture coming through the roof. I wouldn’t worry too much about the wire hole. Can anyone answer why the wires for the taillight and rear camera could not have come through the very middle of the tire mount and thus be "invisible" and one less place for moisture to get in?
Eardrums?WARNING: DON'T WAX THEM!
As the guy who postulated a conversation between two Ford employees at a bar having a conversation about naming it Eruption Green and the interior design specialist that over played his hand and ended up drugged and unceremoniously dropped out of a cab at Bronco Sport Headquarters, this is absolutely brilliant. It's for better cornering.
