Along with the people to make and ship the product. Manufacturers have told me either can't find anyone to work or they work for 1-2 days and quit. Need to stop the handouts.

Been having all of those problems for months. also material shortages. we just let go of a guy that was only in our warehouse staff for 2 and a half weeks. Why? he was on his phone 80% of the time on instagram....
