The arch is higher than Sasquatch so I assume it means that. It has the look of more clearance. I want to put 37” BFGs but I don’t want to risk it haha
I don’t think so…I think their claims “up to 2” is if you’re starting with non-SAS flares you get 2” but if you’re staring with SAS flares, it’ll be zero. The main differences I see are rounded/softened edge and extra body surface flange to cover the fender bend.

I still think they look pretty good

They are wider than sas as well. That I know. My icon wheel and tire setup use to have a little poke on the sas fenders and these cover them.

What is your wheel offset and tire size? Is the most outer edge of the AirDesign lower or higher than SAS flare (the edge that would first come into contact with tire during articulation)?

They are the factory sas Goodyear tires with icons at 0 offset. The outer edge is higher than my sas fenders were.

Ok.. 0 offset is perfect. Can you share some pics before/after? Maybe I missed it but did you lift your SAS?

Hahaha..I got lost in translation and missed that you are the guy with the Bronco at the start of this conversation…Sorry about that. Still would like some before pics. Maybe some comparison shots of size changes

Might look “little” better with slight negative offset with spacers or -offset wheel? I’m deciding between 0 and -18 but maybe best with 0 and add slight spacer

So what I’m seeing is there’s no poke with new flares and minimal poke with SAS flares

New flares are not flush w tire? Tire tucked in

Can you duplicate this shot from rear with new flare and ever so slight movement of camera showing how far away from flush?

I have the AirDesign Fenders as well, I love them on my Non-Sas Badlands. I did a write up with pictures and measurements between the fenders:

Icon Rebound Pro = 17x8.50 | 0mm Offset
Nitto Ridge Grappler = 35x12.50R17LT E 121Q

And to keep with the thread, this weekend I added the @JcrOffroad Center Console Mollie, and the @Mountains2Metal Overhead Squatch Basket and mounted an external Uniden External Speaker for my Midland GMRS Radio and Bulletpoint MagSafe Phone Holder
