Been sitting on my SuperChips programmer waiting to make wheel/tire swap. With that done yesterday, set it up for the new tires (32.75”) and β€œBambi Mode” for the fog lights to stay on with high beams.

Everything seems to be working as it should.

Got it back from getting the Badlands take off coilovers, Shrock Works rock rails and catch can installed. Ride feels a bit smoother and still really happy with this thing!

Details please! What did it take to fab that?
I had to buy another OEM rack. Other than that, it just took a lot of time and measuring. I cut the rails with a porta-band saw and installed nut certs for the cross bars. The plastic covers hide the not so straight cuts. The rear cross bar had to be shortened because the roof narrows towards the back.

Nicely done - looks great. Thanks for the info.

Finally got my Hammer Built tailgate reinforcement installed. This thing is nice.

I've seen these on several sites, but what benefit do you get from these? It doesn't appear to provide any reinforcement to the hinges themselves.

It distributes the weight out across the gate instead of centralized in the center of the panel.

Before installing, the 108lbs wheel and tire combo created a bunch of creeks and squeaks any time I’d hit a bump. Now it’s silent.

As a bonus, it’s modular and has bracket options for various accessories. There’s pre-tapped holes that I’ll likely be using for a chase light setup.

Great-looking truck. Do you have a wrap/PPF on your Bronco? The color doesn’t look like standard CO, unless maybe it’s just the lighting.

Proof that AWE exhaust system emits rainbows.
Haha. Yea admittedly not the greatest picture. I’ll update with a better one when I get a chance.

No wrap. It was first thing in the morning so lighting probably plays a roll with some minor photoshop as well. I hardly adjust color though.
