FYI some aftermarket companies make what look like much better headliners for possibly less money (frequent updates for wranglers) - at least when looking at the pictures from the factory one which is just a piece of carpet. My wife is the reason we are getting one. It will be “her” vehicle. The timing worked perfect that her DD is going downhill.
That said, she really likes it except the fact that I keep obsessing over it and showing her pictures of everything. Her only condition is that we get the sound-deadened hard top, MT and a 2-door. The Badlands was my choice.
sameShe loves it! Shes happy I’m selling my F150 to get it and we’ll have more interior storage space.
That’s one hell of a nickname!
(Look at what his wife is listed as on his phone)
Sounds like my boyfriend. He thinks they are awesome, but I kindly annoy him when I whisper the words "Bronco" in his ears daily. (Who am I kidding, I shout it!) He loves me for it so that's all that matters. We are very excited to add it to the stable!Mine loves it but is getting tired of hearing about it.
You've learned the woman's secret. Congrats!I really didn't ask permission until reveal night. I slowly planted the seed months ago "hey babe, check out this new Bronco in the magazine". "Hey I heard the new Bronco might have a manual, isn't that cool?"
Do this enough for a few months then on reveal night I asked if I could put down my deposit and she said "yeah go ahead"!
You just have to make them feel like they're in control of the situation, even though secretly you are in control.
At least that's what I've told myself
