Just curious. Mine is rated for 17mph but I'm getting 19.5 on normal mode which surprised me. Wondering if I can break 20 with eco mode.
after I hit about 6k miles I saw a noticeable increase in MPG. I take it easy on the highway, try to accelerate smooth and keep it under 70 just for science. In the last 3 k miles since I’ve changed the oil (changed at 5k and just shy of 8k now) I’m averaging 18.4 combined with BL/4dr/Sas/2.7. The last two tanks of gas I’ve gotten 19.6 mostly commuting to work. Current take of fuel is 20.4 but that had a long highway drive. Again, keeping it under 70 and easy acceleration on just normal mode around town has been really noticeable.

My gas mileage keeps going up- 1500 miles on it and averaging 22.1 now. I find the Bronco FAST too. It's in the top 5 for fastest vehicle I ever had. I have had mostly trucks and it's the fastest truck by far. It beats my C6 Corvette in gas mileage. I get 20 in it, same work commute. C6 is so light and so aerodynamic and cruises effortlessly at like 1350 RPM so I am surprised at this. The 6.0L is not efficient at all where the 2.7 is, considering it is propelling a brick.

I don't understand how so many of you are getting such good mileage! The BEST tank I've ever had was 15 mpg and I was babying it! Most tanks are around 13mpgs and I never even floor it. Starting to think something is wrong with it 🤔

I started off mainly using ECO mode for break in and kept doing it for the first 3,000 miles or so and was hovering around 16.4 mpg with mixed driving and premium.

Went on our first road trip and forgot to set it to eco and ironically the miles to empty went up drastically at the next fill up and it was mainly highway on the way there.

Haven’t used eco since and I’m averaging 17.5 mpg all around with premium sitting at about 6,000 miles on the odometer now.

Are you using cruise control to do 50 MPH non-stop on an open highway with a slight tailwind or what? That is crazy high!
Cheapest gas I can find. No Eco mode. About 2/3 highway.

How does a V6 get such shit gas mileage this day and age? Yeah there's a lot of variables, but geez I think a .302 v8 might get better mileage :ROFLMAO:

Just hit 16,000 miles this morning. The overall average on my Wildtrak is 18.6. The norm is 19.1, but when cruising over 70 it goes down quickly.
