I have a 22 WT, I drive about 70% highway, 30% city, continually averaging 17.1 mpg on each fill up...over 3500 miles so far, probably doesn't help running 80-85 mph on the highway.

Base Squatch, I dont do a lot of highway driving, Highway speed above 70 seems to be a MPG killer, I get my best on secondary roads around 45 MPH. I have been routinely getting 20 MPG every once in a while I can squeek out 21 MPG and that is by actually topping of the tank and doing the milage math.. It seems the on board computer is fairly accurate as far as MPG goes usually within 2-3 10ths of what I calculate at the pump. That being said, I have kept trip 2 running since the day I got the Bronco and that is showing an average of 19.6 with just under 11K on the vehicle.

I hover between 16.5 and 16.8. I had 16.9 as I was pulling out of my garage this morning but it dropped to 16.8 before I made it to the end of the driveway. In fairness, I did do a fair amount of highway driving on Saturday, Sunday, and yesterday, which probably accounts for the jump from 16.6 on Friday.

I am at 20.2 mpg average in normal mode after 9000 miles on regular gas and happy with that.

2 door OBX. 23.6 MPG mixed highway and city. Currently in Vermont where most roads are 50-55 MPH so I’m sure that has something to do with it. But knowing 23+ is possible is priceless! Switching to bigger tires in the fall so expecting to be sub 20s with everyone else 😮

Just curious. Mine is rated for 17mph but I'm getting 19.5 on normal mode which surprised me. Wondering if I can break 20 with eco mode.
Mine has averaged 17.5 since new (5000 mi) and gets 20 on the highway if I keep it around 70.

As a general comment, it always amazes me that:
1. A 2.7L turbo gets the same gas mileage as the old 5.0L gas V8
2. In 30 years fuel economy hasn’t gotten better.
3. Ford and other major brands are making a big deal about getting rid of V8s but their 4 and 6 cyl motors don’t do much better… at least not enough to be proud of

Basequatch 2.7 2 Door - Overall average per the display is 15.9mpg with some tanks averaging as high as 17.1mpg and others in the high 14s (per trip readout). Lots of mixed driving with a commute that's about 10 miles at 75mph, plus stoplights, highway entrance ramps, 80mph for a few miles, etc. I don't feel like I beat the crap out of it, but if you're not doing 80mph on the larger highways around here, you're getting run over.

For comparison, my 2020 JKU averaged 16.5mpg.

Year to date I'm getting 17.01 avg, (Min 14.41/Max 19.05) that is 9041 miles over 548.646 gallons of gas.

I'm using the free fillUp app to calculate the mileage every tank. So far I'm seeing a trend of the computer in the Bronco being optimistic by 2%-8%, averaging about 5% high of actual MPG.
