Wink mode for the headlights (you said gimmick).

Pull the light stalk and it “winks” the left headlight by turning off the left halo for a second.
When you rev the engine it sounds like a horse getting ready to take off

Sounds more like an EV option.
But maybe as secondary horn with horse whinny sound instead of a horn chirp when you remote lock the vehicle.

I'll take a shot at this..
Stampede Mode: Uses Bronco to Bronco communications to invite others within the vicinity to join in on a predefined route. By accepting Stampede Invite, GPS would determine best route to join in on the Stampede.
This is great! Not only does that sound plausible in our new "stay connected" environment, it sounds really cool, honestly.

A good quality onboard air compressor.
A Thule quality removeable rack. Need a ski box and fly rod vault.
Horizontal portion of the roof 1pc permanent. I don't intend to remove it.
Easily removable rear seats.

Not really gimmicky but the on-board generator would be awesome for overlanding
They announced something similar to this with the F-150 reveal. Optional on most trims up to 2.2KW, standard on the hybrid at 7.2KW, if I recall correctly.

Something like that might actually get me considering a hybrid, and I've made no attempt to hide my disdain for hybrids in general.

Locking storage for a long gun accessible from the driver’s seat.
As long as it will hold at least a 16" AR-15 with the stock collapsed, I'm down for that. Hell, I'd even be willing to pay extra for that.

With how serious Ford is about creating a 'community' around the Bronco, I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens. Would feel a bit weird though, kind of like playing a video game online "Would you like to join player XYZ's route?"

how about some uneven spaced studs in the tires so that as you drive they make the 'clop clop, clop clop' sound of hooves?

Worse yet is when you get the noob who keeps getting stuck and can't keep up.
