What happens to the off rodeo broncos?

I'm just curious, does anyone know what they'll do with the off rodeo broncos? I mean I guess they'll sell them eventually but where/when? How many are there?

I visited with an executive for the marketing firm (Jackson Dawson) that owns the Texas Off Roadeo and was told that the Texas site was a 3 year lease. I also met the owners for the Moab event while at the Texas one and they were also leasing their land.

I assume the other sites are leased as well. I also got the impression that soon (early 2022) they will be open to the public once all the reservation holders have had an opportunity to visit a site.

Not sure I would want one. Went to the Moab Off-Roadeo Sunday. The Bronco we drove had just over 1,400 miles after we finished for the day. About 30 miles of highway driving, 30 miles of off-road. So far it had about 700 miles of off road travel already. I read a while back the average Jeep is driven about 700 miles off road in its entire live. 3 years of that much off road driving with many novices behind the wheel would not appeal to me.

I was told at the event by the crew working it that the company running the Off-Roadeos for Ford bought them from Ford and will eventually sell them and replace with new Broncos. Some of the guides were hoping they’d get an opportunity to buy them whenever they do get sold.

Lightly used broncos for sale. Probably straight to auction where they'll go on to used car dealer lots and sold to customers. No reason to trash them, they're off the regular production line. Probably end up as really good deals for the right customers.
