I just had this one as well. Replacement appointment tomorrow morning.

How did you set that up? Did you show it to your dealership? Or can you just call them to order the part and install it next time you're in for an oil change?

Warranty item, stopped and showed it to them, they took pics and turned it into Ford. Called me when the part came in.

Has Ford acknowledged this yet?

They haven't not acknowledged it. As far as I have heard, they have replaced every one without question. I had this same issue with my 2010 F-350 when it was a year old. It's not specific to the Bronco, just seems to be more common than others. Must be an issue with the mould for the casing. Either the grooves are too deep or the casing itself is too thin.

E brake switch broken by my ignorance.

How did you break yours? My dealer broke mine when i took it in for an oil change but they won’t fess up to it. They also broke two other broncos in my area….

Amen! This is absolutely annoying and ridiculous that you cant even roll down your window just alittle bit without it rattling. Come on ford.
