What have you broken on your Bronco so far?

I broke the right hand side cover for the rear of the roof rack. The building I work in put a height barricade of 6'6" blocking the entrance to an 8'7" clearance parking area with no way to go around it and a rising slope in the driveway. This was less than one week into Bronco ownership. I was pretty choked.

Installed the Aeroskin II trail armor hood deflector and approx 4 hours later.... Cracked windshield while highway driving.

I believe you've installed it backwards and it's funneling rocks into your windshield

Do you recall the part number? I think a few of us in this thread alone have broken the brittle clips when attempting to remove this piece.

Oil Filter Housing Cover

I was changing my oil, and the oil filter housing cover (which is plastic) fell off the table I had placed it on to the garage floor (about 4-5 feet). The center filter spool broke off (the plastic tabs that hold it on) and some of the threads cracked off as well. I ordered a new one (Part number FT4Z6A832C). BTW the ford.parts.com system says it won't fit my bronco, but calling them they confirmed that their parts system isn't updated for the broncos. (I had to find the part as if I had an F-150 with 2.7 ecoboost). The 6A832 is the cover, and the FT4Z prefix designates for the Bronco.

Corner of one of my doors has a fold in it thanks to the guide rod breaking when I put the door back on and the guide rod snapped off and door came all the way down to my pavers and dented the corner in. Nobody can tell, BUT I Can!!!

-Three plastic T clips on the passenger side soft top rear corner (fixed with rivets, good as new).
-Relatively Substantial rock gouge on passenger door, touched up with paint.
-totally bent in the low-hanging fins on the support bars that go to the crossmember while mildly wheeling Sunday. The ones mentioned below in the video by LB at the 4:55 mark. These are prime rock targets. Never hit my rock rails, but I did a fair amount of bash plate hitting and of course, these took the worst hit (I'll post pics with an edit once I get home to the Bronco). The rear control arm brackets are also prime impact points. FYI.

Can you show your fix for the t-clips on the soft top?
