What (if anything) do we know about the "Dual Tops" option?

It’s two completely separate tops. Just like Jeep sells.

You can have a soft top for summer, and a hard top for winter. You cannot install both simultaneously.
it looks like you can have both saw on youtube bronco accessories they have outer banks that has both the hard and soft top on it soft top covering the driver and passenger and hard the rest of the way back

That's the Bestop Sunrider for Hard Top, an $850 accessory.

Talking to a few Jeep guys who have the sun rider insert for the hardtop: they really like it. Easy “convertible flip” to open up above you, yet more secure than zip out windows = best of both worlds.
