Sounds like we have the same dealer. I have a 7/19 res, and am 364 out of that 140An 11/3 reservation got me #598 in line at my dealer, which has just 140 units allocated for 2021
Dealer stated mine will be a MY 2022 build (obviously) and would contact me when 2022 order bank opens. Good news is the they will still honor the special pricing that WAS being offered here (x-plan).
No worries, get the hard top. The panel above your seat removes! Seriously, I think they’ve already shown that non vertically challenged people fit fine. Seat moves up and down as well. Good luck finding one to sit in. Wish I could but not to see if I fit.I am not sure what number I am in line. I reserved a 2 door the next morning after the site kept crashing. The dealer told me they had about 200 total reservationss. Now my next issue is what equipment....and making sure I can fit. I am 6 7, cannot fit in a Wrangler comfortably for more than an hour. I drove to Dearborn on Tuesday, hoping to find one. No luck..
This isn't how is works and the dealer is BS'ing people. The dealers will submit all their orders to Ford on 3/19 and Ford determines who gets what and when depending on the time stamp of the reservation. The dealer can't just bump people in line because they submit their order with the dealer before someone else.I was just told by one dealer (I have reservations at two) that they are calling their reservation holders in reservation order. From there, they are giving allocations to whomever converts first. So if you're #1 and wait a few days and #5 converts right away, #5 gets their allocation first. Other factors at play e.g. late availability options, but that's at least how one place is doing it.
Actually, the dealership can. This isn't how is works and the dealer is BS'ing people. Explain. Because everything Ford has said and has been clarified on this site disagrees with you.Actually, the dealership can.
