These look good. I also like the fact you can remove the lower section when needed. I will get these when my truck comes in.Gatorback

These look good, but the front ones will not protect the entire side...not long enough.Mine. Under $90 with hardware.
Plenty long work fine. These look good, but the front ones will not protect the entire side...not long enough.
I agree. Fine for me, and I don't even have rails.Plenty long work fine.
Gatorbacks hang down further and really protect sides from rock chips and getting splattered. A definite advantage they have over any other options at this time. These look good, but the front ones will not protect the entire side...not long enough.
Ford rock sliders? Just take the cap off, cut them down a bit, reinstall cap. Thanks, I saw those, but they won’t work with the rock sliders, and I know that I’ll butcher them if I try to carve out holes for the sliders to slip through. As much as I hate myself, I think I’ll just spend an unbelievable amount of money on the gatorbacks. Sigh… my dad would kick my ass if he knew how much I am about to spend on 4 mudflaps…
Do they work with non-SAS?I like the Ford one’s but didnt want to pay that much, so I designed my own. I build and modify Cobras and Mustangs for a hobby and figured mudflaps would be interesting and fun. My teenage kids and I are selling them in low volume via eBay and Etsy and did a YouTube to illustrate how clean the doors stay now that we have flaps. We call them Bro-Flaps.
Not yet. I just need to get my hands on a non-SAS and would have a template. I might need to get the word out. In Portland Or.Do they work with non-SAS?
They already have them without the bronco branding... slightly cheaper, but still far from cheap. I ended up picking up a set with the plate, but without the Bronco logo/words (I find the logo to be a little too busy). Prices are in Cdn $... I could not find a US based site for them (if they have one) https://www.truckhardware.ca/I believe Gatorback will start selling these direct (w/o the bronco branding) soon at a somewhat more sane price. I'll decide between those and what Rockblox (spelling?) is developing.
Neat part with the gators is that you can easily take the lower part off for some wheeling, though it's probably best to completely take them off if you really want to get into the rocks.
Wish we could see the front ones...Just saw this on Instagram
