I am thinking to take off beauty ring and just buy more bolts.

Unsure of bolt size, but have you seen the wheel without the ring? It looks worse than with it. I’m planning to go the route of painting the rings black.

I like it and the wheel looks bigger without beauty ring.

I am planning to add m10-1.5
Will this be safe to drive without beauty ring?

The beauty ring is 100% cosmetic. You are safe to drive. It is ugly without the rings.
If I put all bolts there just for cosmetic. Is there any issue with wheel balance?

If it were my rig I would hit the tire store and have them re-balance when you are done. If you don't get your additional bolts from Ford be careful of what material and plating you use. Some materials will promote galvanic corrosion in the aluminum wheels.

That was the most boring, meandering, non-answer to your question. I'd love to know what size, pitch, etc to
replace the black ones with stainless

Just a heads up. If you use non-coated stainless in aluminum you have a very high probability of galvanic corrosion. Stainless and aluminum do not play well together.

What is the alternative?

How about the silver zinc coated bolt.

Will it not cause corrosion?

After I saw prices, may just paint. Thx for heads up.
