What is the process to convert an existing reservation to a Raptor?

got the email 5pm eastern. july 14 early am res for a wildtrak with no updates. while its been frustrating, id gladly wait another couple months for an early raptor.

Just received my "Bronco Raptor Are you in?" email from Ford:

I clicked on it and got this reply:

I don't really want a Raptor but clicked on the link out of curiosity.

Any unscheduled reservation received the email. Check your Promotions Spam folder. If it isn't there, then check with your dealer as you may be scheduled and they never notified you as build emails from Ford seems to be a thing of the past.

I have an order in for a Badlands that is still waiting on a VIN and got the Raptor email. Per the excerpt below Ford is basing it on reservation timestamp (I assume unfilled reservations). What was your reservation date?

Ford press release excerpt:
"Customers can begin placing orders in March. A majority of the 2022 model year Bronco Raptor allocation will go to existing reservation holders based upon their original reservation timestamp. Ford will send communications later this month soliciting reservation holders’ interest in Bronco Raptor."

MY21 - Ordered in July '21.

Perhaps Ford has an internal reservation date cut-off they are using for sending out Raptor emails? My reservation was from July 21 of 2020.

july 30, 2020 res, curious how many july reservations there are. I suspect a lot wish we could see real time numbers or orders, filled and unfilled. Does anyone know the monthly production numbers?

I have a Big Bend reservation from 2020 and I have an invitation to convert to a Braptor ! (Still biding my time waiting for production to smoothen out before placing my BB order for MY2022).

Don't understand how Ford folks think I'll pony up an extra $30k to jump up to Braptor from BB 4Door after options and accessories! . Don't think I should own a car worth over $45-50k, unless my rich uncle pays for it .

Yeah I was incorrect. I called Ford yesterday afternoon and got clarification. Anyone who has a reservation or order not "in production" should be receiving this email. If you don't get one by Thursday night, I would call on Friday.

Do we know who all is getting the invite email? I got mine 3pm MST today. Wondering how big the group is and the process of selection, I'm assuming a random number generator, or hell, drawing from a hat.

Oh I'm sure Ford has a state of the art system that will prioritize people based upon their reservation date . . .

I got the email. I am and Aug 16, 2020 reservation holder.
I say No thanks.
I fear I click on the email that I'm interested and my current build gets delayed even further, while knowing I have zero chance of securing a spot in winning the Bronco Raptor lottery.
