What is the verdict on being able to remove the second row seats in a 2 dr?

For what it's worth, there's a combination of studs and bolt holes... here's some good pics of both the 2 and 4 doors.

(If I'm interpreting the series of pictures correctly, these are all the studs... everything is is bolts.)

One 2x4 of wood and those studs would be almost non-existing. Countersink the holes drilled for the studs, and reuse the nuts to secure the wood to the floor.

the big question is can you remove em without airbag light staying lit on the dash?

I doubt there are airbag sensors in the rear, but I'd there are they can usually be bypassed with $1.50 worth of resistors and some electrical tape

Ope. I should've searched a little more before posting these pics in another thread. I'll be curious to see more images regarding these seat studs, particularly in the 2-door.

If there are welded in studs that attach the seats, that’s not a problem. That’s actually a good way to mount your seat delete.
