Please see attached photos.

I noticed this (some type of overflow tube?) tucked over a wiring harness behind the driver front fender liner.
I noticed it when I was installing the front Rokblokz mudflaps.
I pulled it down so I could photograph it and then put it back.
It has some type of clip (?) but it was never attached to anything.

What is it and should it be attached to something?

Sorry for the dumb question/thanks for the help!

Its front drive unit breather tube, its mounted high so water doesn't get in it. the clip should go over a screw end to keep it from flopping around

Thanks very much!

The stud was hard to see. I took off the fender extension and part of the inner liner and I saw where to place it.

The clip goes onto a stud behind the fender liner
This thread would have been a lot funnier if you one of you would have just posted "Brake Line"
