What is this sap / pollen / poop / droppings? How to clean it?

OK I know it’s some kind of pollen or sap but does anyone know what from? I literally just finished washing my Bronco and in the time it took me to pour a cup of coffee this sticky crap seemingly came out of no where and covered the poor buck! It’s a mess. I have no trees overhead or within 100 feet and in the 5 years I’ve lived in this house I’ve never seen anything like it. Any help identifying exactly what this crap is would be super helpful! Thanks!

OK good news is that if you let sudsy car wash ( I used McGuires) soak on the finish for about 3-5 minutes it comes right off with a car wash mit. I hope this is helpful for anyone else that finds their Buc covered in Bee Poop.
