What is this tube with the wiring bundle?

Pulled some trim and just behind both front doors with the wiring bundle on the floor sills you see this tube that’s open on the rear facing end.
Fart detectors?
What is it?
Also you can still flood the interior even if the water is below the maximum forge depth in the Everglades model.

Looks like another reason new cars are so expensive to fix after a collision. It’s so much more than a new bumper grill and radiator these days.
