What parts will I need.

Like a dump shit, I backed into a parked truck last weekend and did some slight damage to the right rear bumper. The damage is isolated to the bumper as much as I can tell. Cosmetically, it is really minor but the right rear bumper is now in about a 1/2 in and up abut 3/8 from the left side.
I can’t really see anything that is bent behind the bumper. I have the steel bumper.

Really wasn’t much. Plastic cover over the bumper is popping out at the side.

Might be able to heat it and get it back to shape, just live with it, or get an upgraded bumper.

I only say that BC I bet parts are impossible to get or $$$

Visit a body shop, get a quote. Might not need parts, just bend back
Probably faster than getting anything through ford. Do you want it to be new again?
Probably paint to protect from rust
Or have your insurance fix it.
I can't tell anything from those pics. I'd probably see about popping cover back myself

I’m guessing these areas on the bumper are the areas that will bend first and not the frame?

Yea not sure there’s anything more to be done than popping it out? I agree with life see if you can pop it out it yourself, if not, just visit a shop and see if they can do anything about it. Ford will take forever.
