What skid plates are included with Wildtrak Hoss 3.0 2-Door

Hello everyone:

So I am hoping that my Bronco will come in....hopefully within the next decade and thought I'd get prepared. I am wondering, what skid plates are included on a Bronco Wildtrak Hoss 3.0 2-Door? Is it just a front skid plate? I'm hoping at least a transmission skid plate and maybe a gas tank skid. If not I'll just go aftermarket I just need to know what is included from the factory.

I believe all 2-doors include a gas tank skid as standard equipment but I can’t help with the others.

It is just the front skid plate, unless you opted for the full skids. Standard on badlands and black diamond.

That's disappointing. I was hoping for at least a front skid and tranny skid.

Transmission skid isn’t included with the Badlands either, although it should be.

The front bash plate that comes down from the bumper, and the first plate that covers oil. Everything behind that is exposed. I went with metal cloak because they covered the most…and they were really the first and had availability. LOD, RCI, next venture are all coming out now, but I still think MC has the best coverage.

If it's a two door Wildtrak, you have the front bash plate, the oil pan plate and the gas tank plate. You would want the transmission and transfer case plates to complete the coverage.

I'm getting two different answers here. @Submarine says no gas tank skid and you say yes. As far as I researched maybe the Badlands comes with a gas skid plate but not a Wildtrak.

My Badlands says full vehicle steel bash plates. That's what I expect to see.....someday...

Now, we've seen some pretty good goofs coming out of the factory, but all of the '22 2 door Wildtraks I've seen had fuel skids. Maybe '21 was different? They got cool mirrors and door handles. But mine has the skid plate.

Hey, can't say absolutely for 3.0 but I concur with the 3 plates...

Just wanted to chime in on Great choice for a Bronco!!!

FYI - For 2023, you can now order (upgrade) Full Vehicle Bash Plates for $395 on the MY 2023 Wildtrak, which now includes HOSS 3.0 as a standard offering.
