What to expect?

7/2020 reservation, 1/21/2021 order date, 10/13/2021 reorder. Like all of you I have been as patient as I can be, laughing at the idea it might actually happen some day. My dealer says I'm in the que for a 3/8/2022 build date.... no window sticker yet but do have a VIN. Eruption Green, Badlands, SAS, 2.7.... is this actually gonna happen or is nothing legit until there is a window sticker? hope I never have this experience buying anything ever again.....

Thanks, except I have a VIN and a build date....which might mean the same as nothing at all...

I received an email from Ford stating my scheduled build week. I had been informed by the dealer a month earlier of a VIN and build date. The dealer build date was actually moved up three weeks. I received a WS six days before the scheduled blend date. BTW, I found WS a day before Ford sent it to me by using a link which many have posted on this site. Good luck.

I was told by Ford that having a build day is a good sign. Since 3/8 isn't a Monday it sounds like a build day. That may be good (but I'm sure others in this situation can jump in and tell you how accurate Ford's information is).

I'm a 7/2020 res holder as well. I'm sure it will be sureal when I actually get built.

Look at the threads for the Jan through Feb build weeks. Nothing is legit until it is in your driveway.

March build dates should already be taken from earlier scheduling weeks but there is a "cleanup" process that seems to allow for random scheduling.

Thank you, I've had some weird buying experiences before, but this one takes the cake!!
