You might be able to get a pattern, such as Kryptek or other camo, but for a design like say, a Stroppe Bronco colorway, the vinyl has to stretch and would distort any such straight line designs.I know nothing about wrapping a vehicle. I just had my EB repainted a few years ago and it was super spendy. Don't call me stupid, but tell me more about this wrapping business. Could I get a cool old-school design?
Oh, okay, so it needs to be a single color, then? You might be able to get a pattern, such as Kryptek or other camo, but for a design like say, a Stroppe Bronco colorway, the vinyl has to stretch and would distort any such straight line designs.
If you've ever tinted windows, it's similar to that process.

I always wondered how heavy Line-X is compared to regular paint. Like it looks heavy but not sure if really is or not lolI am also looking at Line-X, they have a spray that you can get in a lot of colors. Would be more trail safe for minor stuff like branches. Hard choice though cause theyd have to sand brand new paint. They salt the roads where I live in Canada, so I gotta look at options.
The thickness of Line-X in the bed of a truck vs body panels should be noted. For bedliners youre typical thickness is 10mm, where as body panels is 1-3mm thick. On my buddys Jeep Cherokee it addrd 45lbs. He did the whole exterior.I always wondered how heavy Line-X is compared to regular paint. Like it looks heavy but not sure if really is or not lol

It's less expensive for a single color wrap, but as stated previously, you don't have to. But additional colors/stripes etc, adds cost, and finding good shops that have that skill gets harder than single color wraps.Oh, okay, so it needs to be a single color, then?
