I've had 3 jeep wranglers (2000 TJ manual, 2013 JKU Sport auto & 2015 JKU Rubicon manual) before so I have an idea of my desired top rotation. These are important things to be thinking about right now. Some of you may think it's covid19, the economy, world peace or the environment but no it's bronco top rotation....

My 2 door top rotation:
Hardtop in winter
Full OEM soft-top (when available) in spring and fall
Canvas bikini top with no doors in summer (in garage)

Hardtop...hardtop...hardtop.

My '75 has never had its hardtop removed and this one will be the same. Just don't care for softtops. Had a few as trail trucks and it sux when you are running as the tailgunner and you eat all the dust of the other trucks.

I've thought about this a lot lately. I had a 2003 Jeep TJ in Arizona with only a soft top. and it was off for maybe 360 days a year.

But now I'm in Illinois. I'll probably go like this for my 2 door bronco:

MIC in winter
Soft top in spring and fall
No top or Bimini in summer

If there is a delay in MIC tops, I would consider getting the Bronco with only a soft top and see how it goes through the winter.

If I have a garage to park it in, then bimini top for summer, MIC top for the rest of the year.

I've been running a soft top or no top for 12 years. I've only ran a folded top one time in 13 years. I much prefer no top and tube doors. I'd say I'm going to run the hard top or no top till I get tired of it. I live in high desert so rain is not an issue, just temperature.

I'm getting both tops, as I regret not getting both on my jeep. Probably will sell the top I don't use/like for a profit. In a couple of years when broncos are on every car lot some will buy with just one top and the owner will want the other, 'tis human nature.

I too have a wrangler but the bronco will be the wife’s.

So it’ll be hard top only w/ of course the removable panels.

If it were mine, Id have hard top for winter & road trips, then safari top for summer.

my jeep I have soft top for winters and safari top or spidershade for warm weather along with trail doors.

Hardtop and doors will never be removed.
Way too much dirt inside after 2-3 days on the trail.
Been there before and it's a god damn mess I wish not to deal with.

Current plan is MIC in the cold/wet winter and no top or bimini the rest of the year.

Might put the MIC top back on for road trips if heading to a dusty location or a long haul on the highway.
