Does anyone know what this newly engineered hard top will look like? I have a 4door First Edition that has not been scheduled yet and would like to atleast see the thing before they schedule it. I assume it will look somewhat the same but it is Ford so no telling.

Identical to the current top. They are increasing the thickness/weight to solve the snakeskin problem and a new process to roll the edges so the cardboard isnt exposed.. Or at least this is what they said yesterday.

Did they explicitly say that? (I was working and listening at the same time so might have missed.)

Where was this mentioned? Maybe my listening skills are not up to snuff but I do not recall this being stated in the live stream.

I missed the update. I there any news of how if they are addressing the leaky roofs? Those items listed above don't seem to address that.

They won’t even admit that’s a problem, much less provide a solution.

More seriously, I'm in the Northwest. I'm not playing around with rain coming into my closed truck. Any leaking at all and it's a trip to the dealer to demand warranty satisfaction. That's likely a problem with individually crappy tops, and not a design flaw in all of them. 🤞

Incidentally my Mustang was leaky when I first moved here, too. FoMoCo took care of it.
