Hana is more of a 2 day top down, stop often kind of trip. Seems crazy considering its only about 30 miles:ROFLMAO:
It’s been 26 years since I’ve taken the road to Hana, back when there were far fewer tourists. I just can’t even imagine what it must’ve been like in 2019 with the hordes of tourists clogging that little winding Road!

Are those Mickey Thompsons? I ran a pair on my old 78 Bronco in 1996 through 2001 and I'm currently running the Baja 33'' ATZ-P3's on my F150. I have never been more happy with a tire. Despite my best efforts I've never even had a flat tire. I'm considering swapping out the Goodyears on the Bronco with them.

Also, how is Imogene pass? My daughter is 7 and I want to plan a camping trip from Vegas with her. Imogene and Black Bear? pass are two I was considering. We will probably be wheeling alone so I'd like a trail somewhat well travelled that I can walk to get help if things really go south, and I need a trail that is challenging enough that a 7 year old thinks it is exciting without it being Hell's Gate in Moab. Basically something I can idle along without a care in the world while my daughter thinks we are really wheeling and is impressed by her dad's driving.
That jeep is our friends that we were visiting in Ouray. It was my first trip to Colorado during the summer so I'm not familiar with the best trails. If you haven't driven trails up there yet I highly suggest riding with or following someone first. There are rules.of right of way on skinny trails and you can definitely get turned around. Now that I've been shown the ropes I'm definitely taking the Bronco up to do some testing.

I go where my Jeep Wrangler goes, but my Wrangler is 12 years old. I'm unimpressed with the new Jeeps and have no intention of kowtowing to Chrysler's overrated and overpriced cash cow. My Wrangler's spirit will be passed on to a new Bronco that has everything a new Jeep should've had but doesn't.

Same here. Although my Jeep has been gone for 2 years now, I miss the "Jeep" experience but not the Jeep issues. My Bronco will be my daily driver and exploration rig. And I can pull a bigger trailer with the Bronco.

It can get crowded for sure, but the good thing about a road like that is that it can only get so crowded. Also this year had been a time for the aina and the people to recover a bit. So its as beautiful as ever and windy as it can get lately.

I can't wait. Going to drive it from LA to Sandusky and hit Cedar Point and all the National Parks from here to there. Definitely stop in Zion. And camping everywhere with the sky tent on top.

Stop by Kings Island outside of Cincinnati. Cedar Point is sweet but there is no roller coaster on earth as cool as The Beast! The double helix, the tunnels, and zooming through the forest. Its best at sundown.

Oh, absolutely! Going to hit all the Ohio parks + Holiday World in Indiana. Did a road trip like that in college with some buddies and want to do it all over again with the Bronco. Probably summer of 2022 if all goes as planned!

I'll be using mine like I use our Jeep. Long road trips that always includes side roads, dirt roads, and trails that we see along the way. It will also be a daily driver when I decide it isn't a truck day. :)
