What you get on the Big Bend for 4500$

So the Big Bend is 4500$ more then the Base but you dont get much for your 4500$ am I missing something or is the B&P missing things you get with BB.Ypo get more for the mid package for 1500$ then you get for your 4500 upgrade to BB from Base.

Leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter as well.

Also not sure on the MY 22 - but on MY 21 the base model only comes with 31" wheels. If you are switching them out or Sasquatch then it doesn't matter.

it seems that all the extra packages are there to add the ability to spend another $1500 to get the package you want.
Getting all of the extras most folks may want is another $6K over base...it's worth it to some but not for me. Kinda wonder how long until the aftermarket makes a rear locker.

You can't get mid package on base.

The only way to get mid package is to get big bend

This deceased horse has been flogged many times. The Base is a great value but the BB allows the mid package, sig lights and rear locker, all of which give a lot of bang for their buck. A BB with mid package, lights and rear locker is still a ton of vehicle for the money.

I agree. The un-optioned differences (seat color, grill color,...) don't seem to justify the big price jump, but rather gives the buyer the option to buy more options :-|, which seems a bit shady but it seemed to work for Ford. There seems to be more big bends out there in the forums than base models.

Seems to me if you are buying a 2 door then the base makes a ton of sense (unless you are going to actually off-road pretty hard in which case you probably want a rear locker). As soon as you jump to a 4 door base, the price hike puts it close enough to Big Bend that, IMO, you might as well move up.

As stated above, if you want a manual and a 4 door you must do Big Bend (this was my case). Also, if you want the mid package you have to get Big Bend although mid package cannot be added with a manual trans.

i was on the fence reserved a base then ordered the big bend mostly to get the mid pack the big bend gave me that option as well as tinted windows other than that I really didn't get much with the jump in price cuz I added sas and mid. base to bb gave tinted windows,better wheels tires, extra grab handle (other that the handle its the exact same interior) o leather wheel and shift boot. i cant think of anything else. but i love my bb

For 2022 the Base is available in every color the BB has, the 4 door auto is $4275 above the base.
It would help is we knew the basic configuration you were after, and what you really want in terms of options.

I just built my bb and base to see with sas and mid on bb and sas on the base

but with the bb u can add mid and get all this

so are you getting the BB just to get the mid package

Well, another way to look at it is the mid package costs 6000

If you want it, that's the minimum price increase to get it
