I use mine on long stretches of overlanding road, where the road is just way to bumpy to drive over 15mph or there are way to many tight narrow turns to deal with, but no obstacles to deal with. No different the. Using the full cruise control on the interstates.Downshifting is great, I do it as well - This is my first auto transmission in 15 years. Downshifting in 4H only slows you down so much. The trail cruise will maintain a way slower speed and consistent speed. I was simply commenting on an experience I had where I used a feature one time that comes in our vehicles. I don’t think it’s the greatest breakthroug, but I will use it when I feel like as it is there.
