I figured this could be a thread where we help each other with ideas.

What kinds of things are people attaching to the backs of the front seats? And if I got the Molle panel accessory for the tailgate, what should I put back there?
I am a big fan of the tailgate Molle and have been using them in my Jeeps for decades. It’s a fantastic place for tools, parts/pieces, knife, flashlight, AFIK etc. and anything you need quick access to.

don’t judge the mess - here is my current setup.

I replaced it with Sport using FORScan. I believe it only lets you have seven modes available.
Seven is the most that are factory-enabled, but you can have all eight. I enabled Sport mode to check it out, but I rarely use it.

Any of those off road features/buttons on the center top dash.
I use those sometimes . Mostly the rear locker one. If I had a front locker I would use that button as much.

I guess I confused that with the number of instrument display modes that can be active. I forgot the reason I deleted Eco, other than I dislike it. Maybe it was placed between Normal and Sport.

The trail cruise control is really handy coming down really steep trails in the mountains with no features, but still requires slow going. Just set and forget rather than ride your brakes with your foot for 30 minutes
I should have learned how to use that in Colorado but didn’t want to learn on the side of a cliff. I did shift manually to help stay off the brakes.

Those are definitely useful. Including front locker. And turning off traction control. Hazards are good too cuz “built ford tough”

Yeah I use the shit out of all those 😂

Never touched it. Seems like a good way to start rust.
To your point, who's cooler doesn't have a bottle opener tied to it?

Think people get confused between Trail Control and One-Pedal Drive as both are accessed on the center GOAT dial.

One-Pedal Drive is only available on the 2.7L with the electronic brake booster. For MY'25, both the 2.3L and 2.7L will have EBB. It is still unclear if the 2.3L will get the One-Pedal Drive for MY'25. With that out of the way, One-Pedal Drive allows the brakes to be engaged by default and you accelerate through the stop.

My favorite "gimmick" as some call it is the Trail Control. Cruising down a trail without being bothered with braking/accelerating via pedals makes it that much more relaxing and enjoyable. When I'm driving Parsons Branch or Heintooga Roundbottom Rd in GSMNP, I'll set it and enjoy the ride. Then there is the simple act of beach cruising. Speed limit is 10mph and enforced strictly especially in the busy season. It is really hard to drive 10mph. I'll set it at 10mph and never be concerned about enforcement plus it frees up my eyes to focus on more important matters.
