Wheel size to fit stock 35/70R/17 tires ?

I'd like new wheels but keep the stock 35/70R/17 tires? What wheel size do I have to go with? 17x8.5? Offset?

Is it going to be hard to find wheels that fit or should I just buy all new wheels and tires?
