I put 70 lbs in for the weight but once I put in dimensions for box it changes the weight. Tires are 32” diameter and 10” width so did dimensions of 36x36x12 and that is what populates.

When I shipped, I didn't ship in a square box, I wrapped the wheels in cardboard. So I was left with round packages. that should bring your dimensions down. You will have to break down a box and wrap it tightly around the the wheel and tires. Im assuming the the tires are mounted to the wheels?

Yes still mounted. You didn’t have any issues with damage doing it that way?

Never!!!!!!
Since the cardboard is taped to the tires, they don't move within the box.

For good cardboard I would use either a tv box or got to a rim shop and see if they had any boxes for 26" rims. Wrap the wheels tight with a ton of clear shipping tape and Ive never had a problem.

Just make sure the entire wheel and tire is encased in cardboard.

There is no difference in the rate for a round package, they square out the measurements, so probably 33x33x11 for what the OP described. The tire doesn’t need to be encased in cardboard, just the wheel face needs cardboard for protection. New tires are shipped bare with some plastic wrap over a shipping label.

I really doubt shipping mounted wheels and tires is cost effective for takeoffs, just find some within driving distance.
