I have trying to disable the double honk on my 2021 bronco and I need some help.
I have looked at videos and pics on how to do it.
But when I use forscan on my Bronco the BdyCm module doesn't come up. I have tried two different forsans
this one
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MQ8GHG3/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AF6HTQUMQVN7U&psc=1
and this one
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F0GVBWY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
But only the same modules come up.

I start in hs mode and then switch to ms when it asks. And this is all I get with both modules.
Any help is appreciated.

You may be having a license issue with Forscan (I did). These kinds of issues are rarely obvious. In my experience the only way to "fix" the problem is to ensure your license is active and that you have the most recent version of Forscan. Once I did those two things everything ran smooth as snake snot on a hot doorknob.

  • Make sure you are not allowing ForScan to use a saved configuration. It won't find additional modules if the original read was bad. This is especially important since you used multiple ELM cables.
  • Use the ForScan-recommended cable (no hs/ms switch).

Alright I got it to work. Used a new configuration.
