long story short my I picked up my 2022 BB bronco on nov 9th and it has been at the dealer since November 14th for a issue with the 4.27 rear locking diff. the dealer has rebuilt it once after waiting a month for parts, only to put it back together and find it still has the same problem. in comes the field engineer after a couple weeks they come in and its decided to replace the complete axle assembly. the order was placed for the complete axle on dec 30th last check with the dealer was they were told the axle wouldn't even be built until the end of February. Here's where the big issue comes in ford will not respond to phone call from me, emails to the case handler that i was assigned when i first contacted ford. i received two phone calls right after I opened the case, and that's it. i am at a complete loss as to why ford will not respond to me. Friday the servicing dealer also informed me that ford is being reluctant to talk to them. I cant figure out what its taking going on three months to fix a vehicle. keep in mind i didn't even make it to 1000 miles and never took if off road.

when i ordered this thing i joked around about it being broke down more then tit would be on the road. me not being a ford fan boy and not having much luck with fords in the past but i figured i would give them one more shot. well karmas a _____
but seriously three month and counting to get my damn rig fixed. come on ford step up and stop ignoring the issue hoping it will just go away

Somewhere in the owners manual there a BBB resolution number if they're at least not giving you a loaner. If they are then either keep waiting or lemon law it and walk.

I hear you though, I'm worried about mine being reliable coming from a Toyota and other imports.

I have owned a 1993 ford escort first car great and reliable. then came a 95 touras that thing was junk then was the 06 f350 that was junk then the 08 2.4 ranger also junk, then i was given a 86 f250 6.9 idi that was just never even got that one started, i own a shop and that one stung that i couldnt even get it to fire. so yea me and ford are not on good terms even thpugh i am ford certified. this whole situation is just !!!!ed.

and owners manual is easier when you have your bronco although it is avalible to download at hope

I was planning on ordering a Bronco when/if ordering opens again, and/or take delivery of something close to what I'd be looking for if a customer bails on their order that 'arrived' which I'm hearing a fair bit of from my local dealer I spoke with this weekend, but I'm honestly hesitant because Ford's quality has been among the industries worst for the past several years and the Bronco seems to be showing problem after problem. Still love it, but may milk 2006 V8 Ford Explorer for one more winter. I would be out of my skin if my brand new vehicle was at the dealership for 3 months with no visibility into when it would be fixed. Meanwhile you're still making payments(presumably) on something you can use/enjoy.

This is the stuff of nightmares. So, you’re making car payments on something you can’t use?

That has nothing to do with the situation. There are people who do not have car payments. Financing has nothing to do with issues with parts availability.

Hi! My truck was at the dealer being “repaired” for 10 months. I emailed Mike Levine, tweeted him, and every other Ford rep. It got the ball moving and a replacement vehicle was built for me in a matter of months. Still months not fast enough. I ended up waiting for mine to be repaired since it the replacement was a lower model vehicle than what I had. Call lemon law lawyers, they will get the ball moving quick. I spoke to many and took their advice.

It’s certainly not free. Even if you paid for it in full, you still have to insure it. I was just getting a better assessment of the level of pain OP might be having here.

the part that gets me is when i call the customer relations number i get to play the rep hop game even though i dial the extension for my case rep. she doesn't answer then the games begin or i just get hung up on. then comes the email i email the same rep as that's who i have to contact and nothing. when i ask for a supervisor i get the run arounds some more. i dont have a twitter account and i dont want to set one up to try and message Mike Levine when the odds are against me that he will respond considering the people that are paid to help wont. im at the point with this that im considering getting rid of this junk ford and getting something that will actually last more then 4 days and not spend most of its life in the dealer back lot waiting on parts. but i cant even do that because the field engineer feels it not safe to drive so unless by some miracle ford steps up. i am screwed. i loved this rig for the for days i had it, but if the reliability and parts availability is going to be a ongoing issue i just cannot seeing my self keeping this thing around. i have an easier time finding parts for my 1970 olds toronado gt that i am restoring, let me tell you finding parts for a full size big block fwd car is a pain in the you know what.
