Where is Velocity Blue ?

This is getting a little bit ridiculous because now I'm about ready to convert my reservation and Velocity Blue was a color that interested me the most and I cannot find it anywhere.

I went over to the local Ford dealership and checked out a couple of f-150s and loved it but I need to see this on the Bronco

Two-door Badlands Velocity Blue modular hardtop Shadow Black? How sweet will that color combination look on this rig?? I don't know cuz I can't find one.

Guess i'm confused why that can't be stirred up with a bit of visual connection and BAM! a mental image of a VB bronco.

For the record: It will look drastically worse than a Lightning Blue Bronco.

Not that this is accurate by any means, but I made a velocity blue vs lightning blue image set based off the recent Lightning Blue images just to get a general feel of the colors.

Well if I'm about to drop 48 to 50K on a rig I much rather at least see an actual picture of it rather than I try and conjure up a mental image in what it might look like based off another vehicle I saw. I don't think I'm being unreasonable .

Ideally I would like to see something like this in person but that's not going to happen.

I take it these blues aren't your favorite color?

"getting"? Oh no...we passed 'ridiculous' long ago and have moved on up to 'ludicrous'.


I am eyeballing the same color scheme (in a BL). The B&P says it gives me the black painted grill and mirror caps when ordering the Mod top, but in the information section of the Mod top and in the order guide, the grill and mirror caps are not listed. I want that black over blue, but if I end up with carbon gray grill and mirrors, it will look like crap. the gunner hatch also gives me a bit of an eye twitch, to remove it looks like a major hassle to reach the fasteners without climbing in the back seat and removing by myself, popping it up and taking it off from the side or twisting it down through into the back seat, it looks to be a nightmare (to say nothing of putting it back on without help, scratch the hell out of the paint I bet). I will probably never remove it.

Since I think the gray (some say getting darker) MIC will look terrible, I suspect any VB unit we see will be topless, so have to imagine the shadow black top anyway.

Will leave your finances as your business. A $50K transaction price for this class of vehicle is pretty darn average here in 2021 though. You could just as easily drop $28K on a Bronco, but you, like myself, will tart it up with another $20K in options and trim upgrades.

Well I already own a Lightning Blue '19 Ranger....

And had a Mitsubishi Evolution 9 in Electric Blue.

Plus a Supersonic Blue Pearl Integra GSR

So I would say that i've had quite a few blue cars and love(d) their color!

VB just isn't that. It's a silvery blue.
