There's an old Johnny Cash song that'll give you some insight into some of my adventures and future hijinks in my Bronco! ?

My first trip will likely be a simple ride up to North Georgia mountains, then a trip to Ashville, NC. For anyone on the Eastern US who's never been there, the place is beautiful, good hiking, great food, and more breweries concentrated than anyplace else in the country and most are good. Burial is my favorite brewery there.

After a year or so, will find my way to Colorado for an epic road trip that'll likely involve Moab UT on a 10 or so day trip.

Local trails to begin with, to shake out the bugs and make any additions needed. Then the following will be tackled.......

Whipsaw (100km alpine trail).

Alexander Mackenzie Heritage/Greese Trail (420km long remote trail with river crossings and swamps).

Tillamook State Forest OHV area.

Rubicon.

Moab.

Lots of trails in Colorado, Southern California and Arizona.

You up in BC or round them whereabouts? Nice collection of trails up yonder if that's the understatement of the year.

Skied Vancouver a couple times and would love to make an epic trip out there to run some of those same trails.

When we finally get our Broncos - where do you plan to go with it?

Me: overland road trips, Northeast USA and out to the Maritime Provinces of Canada.

I want to be on forest and logging roads. Not interested in rock crawling Moab or risking life and limb on Black Bear Pass.

I wanna do donuts at the Jeep dealership....

With some seasonal off road trips to AZ, UT, and CO mixed in.
Many times will have either the Yeti mountain bike or Husky TE300i hanging off the hitch carrier.

Not much during the weekdays I drive a car 4 days M-F for maybe 10 minutes to run errands a mile away. If I get AMB I may spend more time waxing it than I do driving it since I dont have a garage. No kidding. Here goes nothing for outfitting it as a family hauler for road trips and weekend day trips otherwise it’s basically a paper weight in the driveway....wish Fords leased better since we could easily get away with 5k mile leases for both of our cars. Wife and I both commute via public transpo in walking distance

I'm gonna take two weeks off work when I take delivery, the idea being that we make the trip home into a family vacation. First, I'm thinking the Hatfield McCoy trail system in WV then down into the Smokies before the final leg home

We took a trek up into the Huachucas several years ago. Found a few abandoned turquoise mine shafts. Beautiful views, 1000x better than the Florida swamps I grew up in.

Living in CO, it’ll be spending alot of time in the San Juans & Hitting the trails in Moab. My wrangler will feel left out.
