Just got back from a pretty epic trip. 63 miles in the back country of Canada.

It was supposed to be 6 Broncos and a Ranger but @66GT didn't have his rig together and took a Jeep, so the ducking had to happen.

This is the first significant event I've organized and led and I want to thank everyone that made it happen.

We camped one night at the trailhead and one night midway and had considered spending a third night but the rain started on Friday and was supposed to last til Sunday and we didn't feel like making/breaking camp in in it.

@popo_patty has a video on it.

Memorial Hill was a fun one.

Some locals gave us directions to a mine by Wells Lake but we couldn't find it. Do you know where that is?

Glad you gave it a go. There are a few mines near there....was it near this lake? 49.375981, -120.895341

To be fair, having a Rubicon as a backup vehicle is like having a .380 as a backup gun... you hope you never have to use it but... lol

Whipsaw was great... would have been better on 37s if my half shaft wouldn't have gotten all galled up from being overtightened at the factory... and if I hadn't crushed my hand pulling it out.

Gotta say, I did appreciate the solid front axle a few times, like on the "whoop-d-whoop", but running it on stock ride height on 33s is certainly not the preferred solution for a trail like Whipsaw.

Pretty sure I exceeded the maximum fording depth at least 5 or 6 times... lol

What a great group! Just glad I didn't miss out!

Had to do it in a stock Jeep instead of a Badlands on 37s :(

Made it... but missed out on a lot of cool obstacles.

Please don't overtighten your axle nuts. Completely took me off schedule for bringing my Bronco to this.

Did you visit the syrup or ham mines while there? Also, are you signaling in pic 13 that it is a 42 degree incline?
