So after the first 144 miles, I didn't notice it. Was going about 73 on the interstate. It may have been whistling, but if it was, it wasn't loud enough for me to hear. Outer Banks.

I tried to tell hubs there was a whistle, and it sounded like it was coming from the driver's side. He first said I was crazy, then he heard it and said "I'll get the racer's tape". Really nice to know it's an actual thing others are experiencing. I think if it's the mirrors we should all get upgraded to cameras, since that's the only way we could with how weird they made the package choices for BB.

So THAT'S where the whistle is coming from. Regardless of top up or down. I have a whistle not emanating from the mirrors. Glad they figured it out.

The BB dealer demo I drove had a whistle coming from the top of the A pillar. The General Manager at the dealership said the Ford Tech team are working on a fix.

Best temporary fix is to turn up the radio and enjoy the fact you have you Bronco.

Why is Ford using honeycomb patterns in their designs, like that does anything?

I drove a Wildtrak yesterday with the mid package and 8” screen.. hit 90, no whistle.

So...to resurrect an older thread...has anyone done an at-home fix yet? I didn't mind the whistle so much with the top down and a mixture of nature-related noises. But now with the top up more due to weather it is getting annoying...

This is a safety feature that Ford engineers spent months developing. By design, most Broncos will be driven in the "wilds" and protecting wildlife was first and foremost on the minds of the development team.! Jeep owners must rely on Amazon to obtain this important feature.!

Was this ever figured out? Is it the mirror or the hood? Has Ford come out with an updated statement about it? What’s the consensus? Is it lower end mirrors without the cameras? Is it the spot mirror? What gives?

I'm bumping this too... My Outer Banks lux package Bronco is whistling at me above 70mph too....

I have about 2000 miles on my OBX, almost all highway. Starts right around 73mph, however once I hit 80mph it becomes intermittent and not as loud. I hope the cops understand why I'm doing 80.

The part to fix this came in today, will update how the fix worked.
