Why would I do that? If it comes earlier then it comes earlier. I was more thinking of the bright side of its delayed

Oh..I don’t know...? You started a thread saying you want to wait for a 22? ??

other then having to wait until the 22 models changeover there is no downside to getting a 22. Resale down the road will be better as it’s a year newer, you will get exactly what you want as the options will be more readily available, bugs worked out etc.

I originally was planning on getting a MY22 anyways. I did a Granger 2K reservation. I started out as a Basemansquatch with the goal of just replacing the Escape. With all the delays and uncertainty plus the rear passenger shock magically appearing in the inside of the Escape, I’ve changed to BL to get MT and mid without any uncertainty (for now) before the Escape frame becomes a liability. I’m sure it will still be a MY 22, but hopefully early, not later. Like others have said, the more I see them, the more I want it sooner than later.

Just built a garage, spending money to get it ready for my next vehicle. If I can push a Bronco to late 2021, I might still swing a base Mansquatch. Or I might fill that bay with a used project.

But no, I want this thing to have been released yesterday. I don't have a reservation so right off the bat I'm already at the end of the longest line. Just want to be able to see one in person and kick some tires and drive it, and know for sure if its the vehicle for me. I got no problem driving my Jeep another year or three, but the wait is still excruciating!

I have a really early reservation and im hoping it gets delayed. I’d like to see these colors they offer for MY22 before I commit. They’ve already screwed it up by the constant delays and poor interior color options they might as well make them all MY22.

So really want mod top but now going with WT that comes with MIC top now, and then purchase the black mod and soft top when becomes available, What's another 2,500 after all.

I was split between a black diamond manual and a base mansquatch. My savings recently took a hit though and I wont have as much for the down payment as I had expected by summer. I'll need a few more months to save up so base mansquatch it is!
