Wondering how many others here didn't get the top replacement ETA letter yesterday.

Trying to determine how worried I should be....even though I've told myself I'm not gonna worry about this crap anymore.

Did you change your email from the original reservation? I don't know if the ford.com system and the reservation systems are tied in so you might not be able to change it easily.

No. Been the same all along. I've gotten every other communication before this. Hopefully they're just sending them out in waves.

You'll be a Sept. replacement, assuming the roof was the only issue.

If you don't receive a "Built" status by next Thursday, then worry.

Mine was a 7/15 blend. I have not received the replacement top email.

I saw a tan Jeep Rubicon yesterday while running an errand. A JL is starting to look better and better.

Ford Canada is clueless! I've reached out to them and all they say is to "talk to your dealer" . My Badlands was built on July 17th and I have no further information than that. All the dealer can do is check to see if its shipped, they've said sometimes vehicles just show up even if they say they haven't shipped in their database. My dealer is as frustrated with it as i am.
