I bought at $9.10 and sold at half at $11.90 over the last few months. Nice little bump, but it was in my IRA so no help on the Bronco directly. I will hold at least half to qualify for X plan (I will eventually loose Z plan) and put a limit order in for the other half at $17 (a couple of analysts think $18 is possible, I will take my gain at $17 if it hits there :)).

Good to know, i was targeting a 14-15 by end summer, but i like the targets they are talking about.

Yet I may just let it sit and forget it once I take delivery of my Bronco!!

I bought 115 shares at $4.95 , wish I'd have purchased more. If they bring back dividends it's a solid long term hold

I bought in at a little less than $5. It's doubled since then, but only bought around 100 shares for X plan. If I sell, I'm not really bringing in that much money. I think I'll hold on for when they start paying dividends again.

I wanted to shoot for an “Apple” moment. You know, if you only put $1 into Apple in 1976 it would be worth $$$$ today.

My wife and I pulled out cash from an old 401k that was going nowhere and put $20,000 into Tesla. It went up to $315,000 last month. Dropped $55,000 this month. There were single days that it rose or fell enough to buy a Tesla.

Everyone said to pull it at every high point. Our deal was to throw down the cash and let it ride to the end. Like a game show contestant.

Don't laugh... my father traded Apple stock for commercial work (painted the original chassis for Apple) for a few years back around 1976 - 1979 in the SF Bay Area. He passed many years ago, but the $tock remains in the family (my 2 brother and I) tru$t.

You can always pull the profit off and keep the original investment to keep money on the bet😎 I would have told you to cash out long ago, so I don’t know much! These days, the downside risks are probably a bit higher than the recent past and the upside gets harder and harder to hit, based future earnings multiples of the already very high expectations. Ford has been a pretty big looser many times, that’s why I made a small bet and took some chips off the table when I made over 25%.

I bought enough at 6.90 per share that as long as Ford stays above $12/share, half of my 22 Bronco will be paid for including the cap gains tax loss.

No. I wasn’t laughing, I was serious.

That’s awesome.
